Ed Sheeran
Hello! We are Ed Sheeran class and are in Year 3 and 4. Our teacher is Mrs Sansum and our teaching assistant is Mrs Skingle.
On Election Day (4th July 2024) we held our very own ‘Hawkinge Primary School Election’!
The children attended a hustings event earlier in the week, then on July 4th as the nation voted, so did we! This vote was to decide on class names 2024-2025. The overarching theme of music was chosen for 2024-2025 by the children. The Y3 & 4 classes are all named after musicians who we will be learning about during the year (including learning some of their songs!
We chose to be ‘Ed Sheeran Class’
Our motto is:
“The Sheerios are kind and helpful music notes. With an empty page in front of them, they lift each other up and float in a heart-warming melody. They may be small but they’ll achieve great things!”
