Over the Rainbow

Hello! We are Over the Rainbow class and are in Reception. Our teacher is Mrs Rand and our teaching assistant is Mrs Santer.

 

On Election Day (4th July 2024) we held our very own ‘Hawkinge Primary School Election’!
The children attended a hustings event earlier in the week on July 4th as the nation voted! This vote was to decide on class names 2024-2025. The overarching theme of music was chosen for 2024-2025 by the children. The Reception class have been named after famous songs.
We chose the song ‘Over The Rainbow’
